error message 0x800CCC0B

I am currently getting the above error message when trying to recieve email
in Outlook 2007.

The email account is a POP3 account, operating system is Vista.

I have noticed this error message on other forums refering to Outlook 2002,
but not Outlook 2007.

Any suggestions to fix this?

The error message generally means that the server is busy or another pop3
client is working with the mailbox. Not sure how often you try to check
your mailbox (or if you use two machine to access the same mailbox), but it
might be worth a call to the ISP to see if the mailbox is in a locked state.
