Error in Add/Remove Programs

If I go into my control panel and into my Add/Remove
Programs, a window pops up that says "An unexpected error
occurred Wrong number of arguments or invalid property
assignment. res://appwiz.cpl/defaul/hta Line 17" I don't
know what that means? Can anyone help me? Thanks.
