Error code 65

Hello,

I have blueyonder broadband connected to my network card
apparently and outlook express won't work. Blueyonder say
it is a problem with my TCP / IP settings. I have pinged
blueyonder, error 65. I can get internet. DHCPServer ping
failed error code 65 as did DNSServersearchorder and
DefaultIPgateway Same subnet and IP address failed. the
test on network adapter [000000000] Realtek RTL8139
Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC failed. Can anyone help. I
just want to receive emails through outlook 2000 or
express to sync with my new Orange SPV phone. Thanks Tom.

Error 65 is usually caused by a firewall program that's improperly
configured or partially un-installed.
