ERROR CODE 1931,1904

How do you solve this, I have all SP's and patches, did a
repair. Uninstalled Roxio several times, still the same
error code. Thanks

-Do you get this message when you are trying to fix Office 2000?
-What causes the error message?
-Do you have IE6?
