ERROR CODE 1931, 1904 WHEN INSTALLING ROXIO

How do you solve this, I have all SP's and patches, did a
repair. Uninstalled Roxio several times, still the same
error code. Thanks

Roxio what? Roxio makes many different products.

The error message should have more information than just the error code?
