Error Code: 0x800705aa

Trying to save an XP Home edition install on a friend's
PC. She's receiving an error code: 0x800705aa when
logging in. Has anyone seen this error before? She also
had error code: 0x80004005, but 306081 helped with that
problem.

Appreciate the help!
