Windows activation problems

For the last few days I have had problems getting my PC up
and running (at start up). Below are a few examples of
messages I have seen. Any suggestions on what I can do to
correct the problem (this copy of Windows came with my PC)
(I have tried system restore and even safemode and even
that does not always successfully bring my PC up):

"Some system files are missing or damaged. You cannot log
on at this time.
Please use your installation CD to reinstall or repair
Windows. Error Code:0x80040507."

"A problem is preventing Windows form accurately checking
the license for this computer. Error Code: 0x800705aa"

"The copy of Windows must be activated with Microsoft
before you can log on. Do you want to active it now?"
