XP PROBLEM

hello, i have a problem with my dads computer when it
turns on and boots up. When i click the profile to start
windows it says "this copy of windows must be activated
with microsoft before you log on, do you want to activate
windows now?" if i click yes i then get a continous loop
and i cant get into the desktop. if i click no the same
happens but now and then i get the following errors-

something about not being able to register the product
and address code 0x800705aa and also 0x80007007e,
0x80004005.

there is no way i can use safe mode either!

any suggestions??

you did not activate within 30days ...you will have to call microsoft to
activate the product
