Error 1706 in Contacts - no valid source - what's the fix?

I installed Office 2003 as an upgrade to Office 2000. When I am on XP as a
limited user, I get error messages frequently saying "Error 1706 - no valid
source code could be found for Office 2000...."

I can close this error message without seeming to bother anything - but it
is annoying.

This does not happen when I am on XP as the administrative user.

How can I fix this?

Thanks for the link to the other thread - but I did not find a solution.

My situation is on one computer with XP home and multiple users.

When on a limited account, I get the 1706 error on Outlook (v2000 upgraded
to v2003). The error is saying it cannot find a source for Office 2000.

I'm a basic home user so the instructions for a fix need to be easy and
specific.

Can you help?
