How do I fix Error 1706?

My webmail service is Direcway. I use McAfee Spamkiller. I just got a new
Dell Optiplex computer with Windows XP Professional, and MS Office Pro 2003
already installed. When I select Send/Receive in Outlook, a pop-up occurs
that says it is configuring MS Office. Then, another pop-up occurs that says
Error 1706 Setup cannot find the required files, and directs me to the
\office11\1033\setup.chm file. I don't know how to make use of this file. I
used the MS Office repair utility in the Change/Remove Programs section, but
the problem is still occuring.

Insert the CD and start a repair from there. Afterwards you may have to
reapply Service Pack 2 and additional updates.
