error 1606. Could not access network location \ plugins

I've checked all the registry settings and all seem to be correct. The one
variance is in My Pictures I have "Jen's Pictures" Is this the problem. I've
spent hours searching the windows site for help. Please help!

When is the error 1606 seen? Are you trying to install an application?
