error 0x00000019

Whenever I attempt to shut down (100% of the time), I receive an error
message that says:
SVCHOST.exe Application error

" The instruction at 0x00000019 referenced memory at 0x00000019. The memory
could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Click CANCEL to debug the program."

Can anyone help?

i think is a conflict from an antivirus install and Vista defender/firewall

i was under investigation for a week and re-install from '0' my Vista Ultimate in a Quad E6600.
no problem until i install antivirus software PC CILLIN..

after the the first use of PC CILLIN, next reboot i receive that message and no information about it!

tips!
remember what is the last software you have installed in last before the message appear!
most of the time could be an external software who replace a Windows task!
