Epson DX5000 problem

My printer has started loading paper by pulling it to the right as it feeds. I cannot see anything that has broken. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

How old is the printer? Is it still under warranty? If not, are you skilled enough to adjust the components so that it loads correctly?

My guess is that the left motor that pulls the paper has stopped working.
