envelope printing an ink mess

[I have an PIXMA MP780 printer.]

My envelopes print with ink all over. I've done maintance as shown but
envelopes are still messy. Do I need someone to service my printer manually?
I can not find any other information in my papers.

Nothing to do with Word at all but the only time I've ever had that problem
was also with a Canon printer when we tried doing our own refills. Last time
I tried that - last Canon printer I'll ever own too.
