how can I get envelopes to print on the correct side

Envelopes placed as shown in the print menu print the info on the flap side.
Flipping over the envelope causes a printer error. So does using a different
setting for envelope printing (i.e. using the reverse image from the print
menu). BTW, I just upgraded Vista to 7. Thanks, Dan
