Enabling offline folders in Windows XP

I'm running Windows XP and my laptop's configured for logging into a
domain. I need to enable 'Offline Folders' and can't find it under My
computer->tools->Folder Options.

Some posts mentioned disabling 'Fast user switching' but I found out
that since I log into a domain, I don't even have that option. I've
looked around quite a bit but can't find it. Any help is greatly
appreciated.

I wanted to add that I'm running Win XP Professional Version 2002 SP1
