offline files

I m running XPhome on a HP laptop and would like to use the offline
files feature so I can sync files. Is this available on xphome or do
I have to upgrade this machine to xppro? If it is how do I get the
offline files tab to appear on the folders option. (my computer/tools/
folder options) so I can enable offline files. I disabled user fast
switching in user accounts but the tab is not showing. Isit a policy
issue and how do I change it.
