I have 2 emails in my inbox and everytime I go near them the hole
computer freezes and I have to close and open again this is in outlook
express I just can't get rid of the 2 of them they have been there
about 5 days now

How are you trying to get your emails? Are you using Outlook or Outlook
Express? If yes, someone may have sent you a huge file which takes forever
to download. If you can sign on to your email on the web, then maybe you can
delete the offending emails without having to download them.

Thank you for your help but the minute I take the curser onto the screne nothing will work only the cross in the top right corner I did down load from outlook express

Don't open Outlook Express. If you can get to your mail on the web, open
your internet explorer, go to your website (e.g. www.comcast.com if you are
a comcast user, www.gmail.com if you have a gmail account, etc). Look at
your mail on the web, where you can delete the two emails if you want to.
