emails stuck in Out Box but are sending repeatedly

emails with attachments over 1MB stay in the Out Box but are being sent to
recipients repeatedly. people are saying that they receive the same email
up to 50 times. the email just sits in the outbox and keeps sending over and
over

To fix this instance of the problem:
In Outlook, file-work offline.
Wait a minute.
Go to the Outbox.
Delete the message.

If you can't delete it, File - Exit.
Wait a minute.
Start Outlook and remain offline.
Delete the message.

If it's still stuck, what version of Outlook?

To keep it from happening again:
Uninstall your Anti-Virus software.
Reinstall your Anti-Virus software, making sure to *not* install the Email
integration.

Please, *do* reinstall the A/V software.
