emails stripping attachments

My boss has outlook 2003. When he sends out emails within the company no one
has an attachment it is like it has been stripped. Most everyone has either
outlook and outlook express 2003 or 2007.

Firstly are the attachments showing in Sent Items, and secondly, if he's
using Outlook default mail format of Rich text, then those using Outlook
EXPRESS won't see the attachments anyway. He needs to change to either Plain
Text or HTML for that to happen.

And what email clients are set up on computers 2 and 3?

Well I did some additional testing. Comp2 can recieve the same attachments in
webmail browser. Comp2 can receive individual attachments from comp1, comp2
can not receive group email attachments from comp1 to Outlook express, but
can receive group email attachments from else where. So I went on comp1 and
deleted his group and rebuilt it then sent group email with attachment to
comp2, comp2 still did not receive an attachment.

comp1 is outlook express, comp2 is outlook, and I also sent from mine which
was outlook express.
