Attachments in Outlook 2007

When my sales manager sends an email with an attachment to my VP's Outlook
Express, the attachment never shows on OE. When the sales manager sends the
same email to me (2003), I can see the attachment and I can pass it on to the
VP so that he can see.

I have checked the settings on 2007 and it is set to HTML. However, I am
not able to check the settings on the recipient in 2007 in Contacts as I
can't find the option for "Let Outlook decide..."

Does anyone have any other solutions? I would like to upgrade the company
to 2007, but I can't until I solve this problem. The VP is very resistant to
using Outlook.

double click on the email address in the contacts - that will bring up the
dialog.
