How will I be able to send a music file to a friend via my Email to
his Email address.
I will appreciate advice on it.

Make sure the music file is closed in all other programs. Then start
a new message addressed to him. Click on Insert, then File Attachment
in the new message window, then find the music file and click on it.

There's likely to be a size limit on how big it can be, though.

Just drag the file into the body of your composed e-mail window and hit
send. Away it goes.
