If you don't want to get there email for someone. Can't you tweak something
in the email account so it bounces back to the server just like it was a
wrong email address?

Make a rule in Windows Mail for the e-mail address and as a Rule set it to
"Delete from server". You will never even seer-mail from this address again.
 
There are a number of add-on programs that can "bounce" email, but nothing
native to Windows has this capability. Look, for example, at MailWasher
which can both block and bounce email messages. I'm not sure if it's been
updated for Vista or not.

mail washer FREE runs under Vista ultimate for sure but requires admin privel to run.
