Email tracking problem

We are using Outlook 2003. Documents are attached to e-mail and sent to
mailgroups for concurrence with a voting button of approve/reject. In 2002
you could click on any message to see who it was sent to and was the response
was. In 2003 you have to click on the original message and although you have
50 responses with Approve it only shows some of them. Anyone got a
solution????

Have you opened each response? It's the act of opening them that sucks the
data out of them and updates the tracking table.

Yes we have and out of approximately 30 responses it showed 2.

We have determined that if you leave the original message in the sent basket,
it will reflect all responses but if you move it (which our secretary said
she always did with 2002) it will not record them. Thanks for your assistance.
