Voting Buttons

Can you help me set up an email message with Voting Buttons (Approve/Reject)
so that upon one response (Approve), it automatically forwards the message to
another recipient and copies me? I've looked and looked online and in Help
and can't find exactly what I'm looking for.

That's not possible without writing code behind a custom form and publishing the form to the Organizational Forms library on the Exchange server.
