Mulitple line voting buttons

Hi,

I have 28 suggestions as buttons that I need to show for my voting responses
for naming a newsletter. The response buttons are too many to show all along
the top or sides of the screen. How do I make multiple line voting buttons?
I tried designing a form but I don't understand how that works. Can someone
help me?

Here's how to do it using Voting Buttons.

Write in the body of the email all 28 names and number them 1 to 28.

Make voting buttons 1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8 etc to 28. Have them read the email and
vote for their favourite one using the number in the voting buttons.

The maximum number of voting buttons is 32 so you can do this!
