I try to send a page or a link to outlook Express,(right click, then"send
to an email Receipian".) each time i try it opens MSN sign on window, how can
I change back to OUTLOOK

Run the following two command in the Run dialog box

MSIMN.EXE /REG
and
regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"
