email program

i want Explorer to open my email program (Pegusus) not whatever it wants to
open. However, there does not seem to be a way to select my email program.
Does anyone know how to make this happen?

What do you have selected under the Tools | Internet Options | Programs tab?
You can switch your email program there, and that might be what you are
looking for.
