email problems with Outlook

Use outlook (office 2003) regularly, and box keeps popping up asking for my
username and password. Everytime I enter it, the stupid box keeps popping up.
I've checked the caps lock, and that's not the problem. I know my user name
and password, but nothing seems to work. The trouble seemed to start when I
saved a small Word file to a jump drive from one computer and then accessed
the file on the pc I am now having trouble with.

Occassionally an email will come through, and I've been able to send a test
email to myself once, but now nothing works, not even test emails. Any ideas?
