i can't receive emails

I can't receive emails on outlook 2003 and now the enter password box keeps
popping up??? HHHEEELLLLPPPP

It says I am receiving emails, then the word "error" pops up, i have not been
able to download my emails since thursday

I am using microsoft outlook, and all of a sudden tuesday i could not receive
my incoming emails. I have checked all the necessary server addresses and
they are all correct, i have been in contact with my isp and don't seem to be
getting anywhere with them. Outlook was working fine up until then.

No error popup from Microsoft simply says "error". While the content
may not be decipherable to the person reading it, it says a lot more
than just "error". Don't describe the error. Copy it as presented to
you. That means everything in the error message. When you receive
messages, there is a progress dialog. There is an Error tab in that
dialog. What does it really say (munge out your username for
privacy)?

I have Outlook 2002 and just today I can't receive any messages. What do I do?
