email not being received

please help....my emails appear to hev been sent but they are not being
received. i also did a test of sending to myself and that was not received
either.
They show in my sent box but they are not being received.
Thank you and I really need some help :)

If the mail is leaving your system, the problem is likely at the server
level and won't be fixed in windows mail. For example, your mail address
may have gotten on a spam blacklist.

Contact your ISP or mail provider.
