help with email

I can receive all emails however, when I send email it says that it has been
sent but it is not received.
I have sent several tests but none have been received and they go to
different
addresses.
Please help

If you log onto the web client for your email and try from there, are the
mails received?

If not, consult your mail provider or ISP.

See Patrick's reply. If the messages aren't available on the account's
webmail page, something's wrong (e.g., your ISP or email account provider
may be identifying your messages as Spam and could be filtering them to a
Spam folder on the webmail page).
