email message invisible can see only header

Whec I display a plain text email, I cannot see the message, only the header.
If I select reply or forward, the message is visible. How can I correct this?

Just out of curiosity if you highlight the empty space where the email is supposed
to be does it show up for you

I cannot see the message when I try to highlite where it should be. If I try
to reply or forward I can see it, but if I try to print from there, I only
print the header. Hyperlinks do not work either

No, can priny only header from fwd or reply. Also, hyperlinks don't work from
there either
