email from hotmail account goes to junk box. Tried marking sender.

Every email that is forwarded to my hotmail account, goes straight to junk
mail box in my Outlook.

I have tried marking the senders as safe, and the email as not junk. But it
still happens everytime.

Please help!

What version of Outlook? What is the exact name of the folder to which the
messages are moved? Have you disabled all rules?

I tried, I get a message that my hotmail account is HTML and Outlook can't do
rules for HTML servers. Could it be something else?

I'm sorry serge, that is HTTP servers, that won't handle rules in outlook.

It won't even let me access the rules menu. Hotmail is HTTP and Outlook pops
up a message saying that it can't handle rules for HTTP. It's Outlook 2003
(11.5608.5606)

It can't do rules for *HTTP* acocunts. RUles will work automatically only
in your delivery location and HTTP accounts can't be the delivery location
unless you're using Outlook Live 2003 and Outlook Connector with a Hotmail
Premium account.
