Email display

Some of the items in my email cannot be displayed, I
think this has something to do with active X controls.
If so how do I change it. If not, what causes this and
again how do I fix it.

You were asked before, on your first post (and please - you should keep
to one post for one subject so people can follow the thread), what
items can't be displayed. Please post back with exact details so we can
help you. Remember, we can't see your screen from here!
