Active X?

My email cannot display all items. Is this and active x
control problem? If so how do I fix it, or if not same

No, doesn't sound like it. I think ytour e-mail client application (is it
Outlook?) may be supressing messages with file attachments. Look into Tools

Options in your e-mail client application and see if it is showing

messages with file attachments. There are not too many details in your
posting, so if this doesn't answer your question (and I suspect it won't),
please do a new posting with more details in it, and we can venture a more
educated suggestion.
