Email Attachments

2 days ago I found I was unable to open attachments to
incoming emails. The drop-down showed the
Attachments "greyed out".
I did have the problem around 12 mths ago and somebody
told me how to fix it. Trouble is I can't remember who,
and problem just won't go away!
Help please!
I use Norton Anti Virus

That is an easy one

Do the following to solve the problem:

1- go to tools-> options-> then chose the Security tap
from the uper taps.

2- clear the check box next to (do not allow attachements
to be saved or poened that could potentially be a virus).

3- click ok for every open screen and go to the email that
has the pic attached to it, after 3 sec u will be able to
use it and save it to ur disk.
