Elusive utility program

Hi all,
Some time ago I found and used a program that allowed me to remove My
Documents from the Start menu, and prevent recently accessed items from
showing in that folder. It also allowed me to set a number of other
functions as well. I *think* the name started with 'st' but that may be
my faulty memory...

I ran it in Start/Run, but I'm damned if I can find it now. I think it
was a Windows utility, but even that I wouldn't be sure about.

Any suggestions will be gratefully received, thank you.

Maybe that was Tweak UI 1.33
Do a google search.
