benchmark RK utility

A user's Win2kPro machine has run slowly and sluggishly ever since I started
working here a couple of years ago. I've struggled many hours removing
spyware, defragging, adding memory, etc, trying to get it to perform as well
as I think it should. I've got a vague theory that remnants of uninstalled
programs is the main cause of the poor performance. Now, I've finally been
able to take it off line and I'm looking forward to formatting the hard
drive and reinstalling Win2kPro. And I'll finally be able to at least find
out how how much a clean install will improve performance. My question:
How can I best measure the current performance so that I can quantify how
much better (if at all) the computer will perform after the clean install.
I guess it's just a learning experience for me. I seem to remember that
there's a RK utility that put's a load on the computer so that with PerfMon
I can gather data. Any ideas.

I know it's not important, but I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Thanks!. That's what I wanted. I downloaded Fresh Diagnose and ran all the
"Benchmarks" and it seems to be exactly what I'm looking for, and more.
Thanks!
