electric shock in my computer

i am working with a company and from few days in my computer some electric
shocks given reson why is it a problem with the system or probelm with
wiring of computer. is it harmful for computer or not.

If it is static it will not hurt you too much but will probably eventually
nuke your PC. Chips are highly sensitive to static electricity.

If it's the computer's wiring there is a chance it will nuke you as well as
your PC.

Get somebody professional to look at it. I would say, ugently.

You can also get a small but sometimes painful shock if your computer's power
outlet isn't grounded properly, and you are touching something else that is
grounded. I live in an old house where we are still in the process of upgrading
the wiring to 3 prong, and if I touch the cable TV and any other electronic
device, I get a good jolt.
