It's easy to get here by mistake from "discussions" but this newsgroup is
for Microsoft Access database software. You'd have a much better chance of
getting a useful answer if you asked this question in a newsgroup dedicated
to the e-mail software you are using. Microsoft has several sponsored
newsgroups for Outlook and Outlook Express. Other software companies'
newsgroups can most likely be reached by visiting their website, or using a
newsserver's search facility.
