I have a question. A friend of mine befriended somebody on Facebook sometime ago, but all has since gone sour. On Facebook it was pretty straight forward as she could just block him and report him and if he set up a new profile she would just block and report him again. Obviously Facebook are able in someway to block his IP address and stop him from setting up more profiles.
The thing is he has her e-mail address and keeps e-mail her and harrasing her. She normally just blocks that e-mail. But he just sets up another one and carries on harrasing her.
The question is, is her ISP able to trace the source of these e-mails and block his IP address ? Which would hopefully stop him harrasing her. Police would be a fine idea, but they live in 2 different countries.

We have cross border police in the UK. If it is serious contact the police especially if there is a sexual element to the harassment.

Aye, agree with Abarbarian, this prob is not within the remit of a computer forum.

Would apreciate any future problems of a similar nature not be posted here.
