e-mail re New Network Security Patch

I have just received a e-mail. it says its from Microsoft about a New
Network Security Patch. There is an odd e-mail address as well.

Does anyone know it this is genuine? looks a little dodgy to me. Has anyone
else had this e-mail?

DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT OPENING.

Microsoft do *NOT* I repeat *NOT* send out patches by email.

It's an attempt to get you to infect your machine with a virus or trojan.
Microsoft's policy is to never send patches like this via e-mail. Visit
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to keep your Windows PC up-to-date.
