e-mail accessibility, using netscape

1. just installed windows xp. configured for two users.
both users have the same authority (administrator).
2. using netscape 7.1 to access e-mail & internet.
3. both users can access e-mail. messages downloaded from
same e-mail account can only be accessed by user that
downloaded them.
4. is there a way to share e-mail files & address book?
