DVD Player - Region error

Hi,

I am working on Windows XP Home with a DVD drive. I
changed my region 4 times, and in fact the Device Manager
tells me I have 1 change left, but when I try the last
change I am told that I need administrator privilege,
which I have since I'm the only PC user.

Is there sthing wrong with the driver??? Can anyone help??
