dvd region change error

hi, when i try too change my dvd region,(for some reason
its set on the wrong one and i have 4 changes left) i
keep getting the error "please make sure drive has region
4 media and you have administration priveliges", both of
these i have. the drive plays all other formats fine. any
idea's

I have this same problem. any help would be greatly appreciated

The last time this happened to me I reinserted the region 4 DVD and then I could
change back to my original region...1
