Dvd driver acting weird

Alright when i play anime or even music video on disc i burnt play it sound
bad the voice does not syinc it make scratch echo


please help me

i dont understand why it doing it now start of the month it was ok help me

but when i copy it to hard drive the video or anime it work normally
