my dvd drive acting up

help for some reason my dvd driver is acting up very weird alright

1. when i place dvd or normal cd with music etc

2. it echo scratching like person at dj scratching the vinal disc while
playing you know what i mean

help me it odd i dont know wy it happening please reply asap
