My computer is able to burn DVD's and Windows XP has a
program called Drag & Drop CD/DVD but how can I drag and
drop the DVD that is on the DVD in my disk drive. Also I
can't seem to copy it to my hard drive. Any ideas.

FYI Windows XP does not come with a program called "Drag & Drop CD/DVD" that
must be a third party application that either you or someone else installed.
You should consult the Help file for that application or visit the
applications website to see if they have a FAQ or forum to assist you.

Most DVD CDs, like movies for example, are copy protected and you will not
be able to copy them unless you have a specific application that gets around
copy protection. There are programs that claim to do this. Some have been
banned. You may want to look at this

If I'm not mistaken Drag & Drop (Drag to Disk?) is part of Easy CD Creator
