Duplicate rules?

I have created a subfolder in my inbox where I receive a lot of emails that
need answers. I created a rule that any email containing a paritcular email
alias be sent to this inbox. Now what is happening is that I am getting
duplicate emails. Rather than moving the email from the inbox to this new
folder, it is creating a duplicate and placing it in the new folder I
created. The rule specifically says move not copy.

There is another rule, further down the list, that is trying to do something
to the message which is causing the message not to be moved. Try adding
'stop processing more rules' to the rule moving the message.

Sort your rules and use the action "stop processing more rules" accordingly.
